Nevada Historical Markers

These are mainly the Nevada state shaped, silver and blue markers. There are some that aren't state shaped. Some are big stone monuments. Others are little squares or rectangles, etc. These are official Nevada markers from the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). I used to take photos of them here and there when I would have the chance. But I really didn't collect them until about 5 or 6 years ago. I've been going through thousands of old Nevada photos from over the last couple decades, trying to find these photos. I know that I have more to find still. I will add them as I find them. I have found 154 of the 274. Many of the older markers have been updated over the last 5 or 6 years with the new "Battle Born 150th Anniversary" markers. In some cases, I have photos of both, so I will add both. There are a few of these markers that have been stolen/ taken down and never replaced. Dinner Station in Elko County and the Mormon Fort in Clark County for example. I placed a photo in that spot of the actual place. As far as I'm concerned, if I went there looking for the marker, I'm counting it! Four marker  numbers have never been assigned and don't exist. These are 241, 268, 272 and 273. I'm going to do groups of 50 down below. My count is as follows (Not including any of the 150th Anniversary duplicates).

Group 1 through 50:  (31 Obtained);  Group 51 through 100:  (32 Obtained);  Group 101 through 150:  (25 Obtained);                        Group 151 through 200:  (32 Obtained);  Group 201 through 250:  (23 Obtained);  Group 251 through 274:  (11 Obtained)

Total: 154 of 274  (Technically 270. Four markers have never existed. 241, 268, 272 and 273)
